Apple has several reasons to launch the iPod Touch 6th Gen this year, even if it also has multiple reasons to delay it for another year

2015 is a very busy year for Apple, and with the continues high-demand for the iPhone 6, the giant tech manufacturer may skip some of its upcoming devices like it did with the upcoming iPod Touch. Thus the delayed launching of the supposed 2014 launching of the iPod Touch 6th Gen.

Will the iPod Touch 6th Gen finally arrive this year? Last year's rumor said that the device would arrive in March during the Spring Forward event, alongside Apple Watch. But the event came and Apple has remained silent regarding this. Could it arrive in September like what tech reviewers are speculating now?

Or would Apple continue to delay its launching until at the end of the year? The ever reliable 9to5Mac revealed that Apple will be introducing a public iOS 9 beta on summer prior to its fall launching. On June it will be launched at the WWDC event and will be the software for iPhone 6s which is speculated to arrive in September. Given this timeline, where does the iPod Touch 6th Gen fit then?

Does this mean that this top music player device is the least of the priority of the giant tech manufacturer? May be not. After all, many are anxiously waiting for the iPod Touch 6th Gen to arrive.

Speculations points to a premium iPhone-like design and it will have two versions, too. One 4.7-inch and one 5.5-inch Plus. The larger screen is likely given the high demand for bigger display screen now. The upcoming iPod Touch 6th Gen may also have iPod Touch Plus and Apple Pay features. It will also feature Siri and the iOS 8.3.

The upcoming iPod Touch 6th Gen is said to outperform its predecessors, though there will be nothing revolutionary about it. Let's just hope that the internal improvements will equally impressive like it's projected i-Phone like design.
