"Batman: Arkham Knight" will be released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One this June 2. A prologue comic will provide a background story for the upcoming Rocksteady Studio game. Old Villains will also be back with a vengeance and the titular Villain, The Arkham Knight will be introduced.

PROLOGUE COMIC

The upcoming "Batman: Arkham Knight" game takes place after the events in Arkham City. DC Entertainment will release a Prologue comic which will be a good background story for the upcoming game. The comic is set to bridge the gap and provide a nice transition from Arkham City to Arkham Knight. It will be available before the debut of "Batman: Arkham Knight" this June 2.

RETURNING VILLAINS

Villains from the previous Batman Arkham game franchise will be returning in "Batman: Arkham Knight". Rocksteady Marketing Manager Gaz Deaves revealed that the returning Villains will be more menacing this time and they will be back with a vengeance against the Dark Knight.

According to the Marketing Manager, the Riddler and Harley Quinn will be back and they will be more formidable in the latest Batman game. Deaves said that "Riddler has an awesome storyline this time around." Fans may expect him to trying to outwit Batman in the intellectual playing filed and he always takes their conflict personal in many ways. He will also provide an interesting dialogue in the game since his witty and intellectual character always leaves something to ponder on.

Harley Quinn will have an axe to grind against Batman considering that the Dark Knight caused the death of Joker. Quinn will be back in "Batman: Arkham Knight" with her own gang and she will be more evolved in the upcoming Batman game. 

POSSIBLE NEW VILLAINS

Speaking of Villains, Rocksteady has been promoting that the titular "Arkham Knight" will be a new villain in the upcoming "Batman: Arkham Knight". While his identity isn't clear until now, there are a lot of possibilities on who he might be in the upcoming game.

Batman: Arkham Knight will be the conclusion of the Batman Arkham games trilogy and the final boss of the game should be equally climatic with the game's epic storyline. There are several possible characters for the new "Arkham Knight" villain which includes:

The Joker - while he was shown to have died in the "Batman: Arkham City" it will be easy for him to pull another switcheroo in order for him to make a comeback in the latest Batman game. The Joker is a cunning and smart villain considered to be THE archenemy of Batman.

Hush - can also be the "Arkham Knight" since he has all the resources to be at par with Batman. He also knows his real identity and he is a formidable foe in the comic book.

Ra's al Ghul - is also a good candidate for the titular "Arkham Knight" villain. His immortality, unlimited resources and experience can give him an upper hand against the Batman. He was always known to be a master manipulator behind the scene and it will be easy for him to conjure the "Arkham Knight" persona for the upcoming game.

 Jason Todd - will also fit perfectly as the "Arkham Knight". Todd is known to be the second Robin who was killed by the Joker in the comic book. However he miraculously survived and later became the Red Hood vigilante. Todd come to hate Batman since he think that the Dark Knight is too week to punish the criminals of Gotham City.
