The drama on deceit and trickery is about to reach its climax this March 4-6 as the legal feud on Avery's custody heats up.  

As a recap on the recent episode of the ABC soap opera General Hospital, Julian is hopeful that he and Morgan can reconcile their differences in order to settle Ava's memorials; however, Julian remains unconvinced that his sister is dead but still wants Avery to be present in the service.

In the meantime, Ava wakes up in a hospital in New York and Silas informs her that she was brought there so that no one could find her. Moreover, she learns that everyone thinks she is already dead. Silas further details that Sonny has custody of her daughter but a legal battle between him and Michael is ongoing.

Based on the developments on the few March episodes, what's next on General Hospital will largely revolve around the custody feud between Michael and Sonny under the impression that Ava is dead. Before this week ends however, the judge is expected to reach a conclusion about the custody case. How will the fact that Ava is still alive influence Avery's custody proceedings?

Viewers knew that Michael has been cooking something in his head in the past few episodes and as the drama unfurls this week. Although Michael knows a lot about the grand mobster and he can start washing Sonny's dirty clothes in court, he cannot come clean. What are his plans and what can Carly do to stop them.

Actress Laura Wright in an interview from General Hospital Happenings provides useful clues on how the court drama will unfold and suggests that Carly Corinthos will do everything in her power so that Michael can win the custody case. Moreover, her reasons can get extremely personal towards both Ric and for Sonny. She says on the same interview that "Carly can't stand Ric, so that's in the mix, it's all over the place. If anyone thinks that Michael could get custody, it's Carly, because she tried to do the same thing; she tried to protect her kids from Sonny. That all comes up in the court."
