Jodi Arias' lead defense attorney pleaded the jurors to spare her from conviction in his last statement on Tuesday. Her trial were anticipated by many through their tweets as they expressed their sentiments over her murdered boyfriend's death.

Reportedly, February 25 marked the trial date for Jodi Arias charged for murder to Travis Alexander, her on-and-off boyfriend, murdered with a lot of stabbed wounds, throat cut, abandoned after being killed. A Alexander's photo was posted in Twitter, yesterday, with a caption, "I was shot, I was stabbed 29 times, I was abandoned, I am the REAL victim of Domestic Violence, I am Travis Alexander."

Alexander was murder last 2008 by Arias after a jealous rage. It was mentioned that he told her that he will leave to take a vacation to another woman. In defense, Arias told the court that she killed him when he attacked her. Based from the results from the medical examiners, it was detailed that Alexander had 27 stabbed wounds, a slit from his throat from ear to ear that nearly decapitating him, one shot from his face "before she dragged his bloodied corpse to the shower and took pictures of him."

Though she was already found guilty last 2013, the jurors failed to reach the unanimous decision to her sentence.

During her last trial, she denied to address the jury because of the presence of the media though Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens asked Arias already asked her about it. Arias said that she would only say anything if there would be no media  and the trial will be closed to the public. However, Judge Stephens denied her request since the trial will not be conducted without the media resulting to the decline of her opportunity to ask for mercy without being questioned by prosecutors or under oath.

But, last October, Arias insisted that she feared for her life as well as threat and hate emails, Judge Stephens allowed the trial in a closed-door hearing. Afterwards, the judge released a transcript highlighting the main reason why she killed Alexander. Arias said that her life was threatened, so she killed him.

Her attorney, Kirk Nurmi said, "She is remorseful ... she regrets what she did and the pain she caused." He added that Arias suffered from a mental illness and emphasized that she his a victim of physical and emotional abuse.

Amid these statements, Prosecutor Juan Martinez, still tried to sway the jury and convince them that she is a ruthless killer and that she killed Alexander in a "cruel manor." "She's the one that used the knife. She's the one that used the gun," he quoted.

On Wednesday, the live streaming of her verdict is made from its approval yesterday from the presiding judge.

Jodi Arias was convicted with first-degree murder last June 2008 after killing Travis Alexander in self-defense. She was convited last May 2013, Judge Stephens then declared mistrial 15 days after.
