This week for "Hart of Dixie" will set their backs against the wall as Wade (Wilson Bethel) and Zoe (Rachel Bilson) as they are forced to reveal the real status of their relationship. The couple also realized their financial woes with having a baby.

Last week from the episode "Red Dye #40", as spoiled by Christian Post, the couple were the talk of the town because of Zoe's pregnancy. The residents are intrigued with the real status of the two and how Zoe got herself pregnant. So, they will be knowing deeper with what's really going on between Zoe and Wade.

The new couple just realized that having a baby is way expensive. While making things worse, Wade just noticed that his restaurant 'The Rammer Jammer' didn't have that much sales and is not really not doing well like the way it used to be.

Previously, there had been an existing financial woe from Lemon (Jaime King) who has been on her own financial woes like the couple. However, she got some help from Lavon (CressWilliams) through having some talent showcasing in Blue Bell, with which the residents have been wondering about. As announced, this strategy from Lavon would allow Blue Bell to earn more and raise more funds. This is also his way to allow Lemon to join the contest to win and earn as stated in TV listing synopsis. 

Yet, while organizing the event, Lemon realized that she still has the same feelings over Lavon, but she can't just give in to her feelings because of Annabeth. She knew that her friend, Annabeth, has the same feelings for Lavon, too. So, she'd rather compromise her feelings than hurting her friend by refraining herself from telling Lavon her real feelings for him.

From the previous episode, too, Shelby (guest star Laura Bell Bundy) had an illness that occurred just before her performance, which is considered a mysterious case by the residents that they have to solve.

However, this week, as cited in International Business Times, this Friday, February 6, Zoe and Wade will be centered with their financial problems causing them so much stress. After listing all the things that they need to prepare before the baby arrives, they realize that the amount they needed is way too much.

Therefore, in order to keep Zoe from that stress, Wade lies to her that his restaurant is doing well. So, he is doing a lot of effort to keep the customers coming back through having a surprise musical performance.

Meanwhile, Lemon and Lavon wanted to move on by running to each other in Hoedown. But, they soon realized that their plans were just easy said than done.
