Recent reports say that Ludacris won his primary custody over his one-year old daughter Cai against his ex Tamika Fuller last Monday, January 26. The decision made was contrasting to the testimony of Fuller that the rapper ignored her when he knew she was pregnant. According to her testimonies, Ludacris even tried to pay for $10K for an abortion and a house.

The 37-year old rapper Chris Bridges, Ludacris' real name, won his long court battle over custody of his daughter with his ex-girlfriend Tamika Fuller. Full-Time Whistle reported that Fuller asked the rapper to increase his child support payments and claimed that he was against to her pregnancy. Dailymail UK cited an exact amount of $15K from Fuller's request to the child support that the rapper should give.

In response to Fuller's requests, Ludacris finds them hurting in his reputation and replied that he can give a much better environment for Cai.

Hollywood Life detailed that the judge had reviewed the case based from the report from an independent expert, as well as with the testimonies made. Then, later concluded that Ludacris is more fit to be the parent of the child. The judge sees that he is more able to give a good upbringing to the child more than her mother.

"I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary custody of our beautiful daughter," Ludacris said.

His ex even said that the marriage and at the same time the proposal of the rapper to his new wife, Eudoxie, is just part of the trick to gain the full custody of Cai. She even cited that the child has never met Ludacris weeks ago.

She said, "Cai has not yet met her father and it's unfortunate because I would never keep him frim seeing her. Let's not lose focus that an innocent child is involved and her best interests come before any of all of this foolishness."
