Bethesda Softworks is claimed to have teased the Elder Scrolls 6 release date at CES 2015 prompting many of the fans that it will be launched ahead of Fallout 4 release date.

This purported news broke when users over at 4Chan who attended the CES 2015 revealed that the game dev is working on the new entry to the Elder Scrolls franchise at this time, moreover, fans can expect to get their hands on the game sometime in 2016.

Rumors also sparked online that script documents leaked indicate a "war in Skyrim" and possible job listings, citing that Bethesda is doing casting calls for actors to voice characters on a particular AAA video game title that sounded like the rumor about the famous RPG creator's Fallout 4 project.

Slew of rumors about Fallout 4 release date continue to thrive online while Bethesda Softworks opts to stay mum about the said leak.

Further speculations suggest that Elder Scrolls 6 might be titled "Argonia" starting on Black Marsh, although, the game would still feature other places like Tamriel in Morrowind, Hammerfall, Cyrodiil and Skyrim.

Others claimed that the game will have multiplayer options similar to GTA V where the gamers could create another character for the online mode of the game. Some fans were also saying that the company took out the 6-month subscription fee option, thereby making Elder Scrolls Online a free to play game.

According to recent reports, Elder Scrolls 6 release date for Xbox One and PS4 versions will be happening this Christmas or January next year. However, such rumors and speculations have to be taken with a grain of salt pending future announcement from Bethesda that will likely occur during E3 2015 this year.

Based on Director Matt Firor's statement released recently, console owners can expect for more updates about this title in subsequent months.
