One of the most highly anticipated award shows of the year, the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards is indeed one of the biggest gatherings of stars from the Korean entertainment industry. On November 24, CJ E&M revealed the list of award presenters to grace the award ceremonies, Enews reported.

The award presenters for the MAMA 2014 is composed of A-list actors including Kwon Sang Woo, Lee Dong Wook, Yoo In Na, Ahn Jae Hyeon, Yun Eun Hae, Choi Ji Woo, Yeon Woo Jin, Song Seung Heon, Lee Kwang Soo, Park Bo Young, Kim Ji Hoon, Kim Ji Suk, Han Groo, Kyung Soo Jin, Kang So Ra, Park Min Woo, and Song Ji Hyo.

Staff from MAMA stated, "We're anticipating the people who made an overflowing amount of Asian content this year will be participating in the 2014 MAMA as award presenters. We are doing our best to create brilliant performances and things to see as amazing as the presenters lineup is."

Meanwhile, voting is still ongoing in MAMA's official website. As of November 25, over 37.5 million votes have been cast in support of the nominated artists. Most of the votes were from China, Korea, and Southeast Asian nations.

For the current rankings, YG's rookie group WINNER, remains on the lead for the category of Best New Artist with 33.8% of votes. JYP's GOT7 is in second place with 32.9%.

For the Best Male Artist category, Big Bang's Taeyang remains undefeated, receiving 33.9% of votes. His "Eyes, Nose, Lips" also has a strong lead against K.Wil's "Day 1" for the Best Vocal Performance Male category.

Meanwhile, SM Entertainment's Super Junior is in first place for the Best Male Group category, with 35.2% of votes. EXO, who at some point was able to get the lead from their senior label mates, is now back in second place with 30.5%. The label mates are also in a close fight for the Artist of the Year award. As of November 25, both vote counting for the two groups were rounded to 20.7%, with Super Junior on the small lead with only 5,000 votes more than that of EXO.

EXO was also able to regain its lead over another label mate TVXQ for the Best dance Performance Male Group. EXO's "Overdose" received 34.8% of votes while TVXQ's "Something" that has stayed at the top place for a while, now has 32.9%. The two SM Entertainment artists are also in competition for the Song of the Year award.

YG Entertainment's famous girl group 2NE1, on the other hand, has the most votes for the category of Best Female Group. With 26.7% of votes, they are followed by SM's Girls Generation in close second with 25%.

Fans can still vote for their favorite idols until December 2. MAMA 2014 will take place on December 3 in Hong Kong.
