The ninth anniversary of Super Junior on November 6 is not only a celebration of the nine successful year since the group's debut, but also the debut of all its original members, including Chinese singer-actor Hangeng.

The former Super Junior member, who left the idol group and SM Entertainment in December 2009 after filing a lawsuit against the record label, took to Weibo to express his gratitude to people who worked with him when he started.

"#1106 9th anniversary of Hangeng's debut# To those who walked down the path with me, I love each and all of you!" he wrote. The Weibo post included old photos of Super Junior, which melted the heart of many fans, Allkpop reports.

Hangeng initially debuted as member of Super Junior and was later on chosen as the leader of the group's Chinese language sub-unit Super Junior-M, according to Koreaboo. The idol filed a lawsuit to terminate his contract on December 2009, has since left the group and went back to China. "Sorry Sorry" was Hangeng's last promotional activity with the band as 13 members.

Meanwhile, SuJu member Heechul also shared a photo of all original 13 members of Super Junior including Hangeng and inactive member Kibum. The photo was a posted on his Instagram account and went with a message that express happiness about the group's milestone. He also poked fun at fellow member Yesul who previously uploaded a group photo without him.

Heechul's caption reads, "It's not even the 90th anniversary, but all this fuss for the 9th anniversary.. hoot~ (I can't hide my happiness and as I'm bangbang jumping on my bed I'm worrying 'what should I write so that I will appear cool') P.S. In the group chatroom I said 'Yah Yesung XXX you uploaded a photo without me in it againㅡㅡ' and Yesungie replied 'Hyung I'm sorryㅠㅠ I love youㅠㅠ.' The reason why I wanted to clarify this, is because I was worried that the 'Kim Heechul is being bullied rumor' that was controversial would appear on the internet. #SuperJunior #ELF #KimHeechulisbeingbulliedrumor."

Moreover, other SuJu members have thanked their fans through their SNS account. Fans all over the world celebrated the success of the group. The hashtag #9YearsWithSuperJunior even trended worldwide.
