Theo James and Ruth Kearney are not confirmed to appear on the red carpet premiere of "Insurgent." If they do, it will be their first public appearance together.

Most on-screen couples are being rumored to date off-screen, and James and Woodley are no exception. However, there is no truth to their off-screen dating rumors, as James is still with long-time girlfriend Ruth Kearney. In fact, the actor might bring his girlfriend to the screening of "Insurgent."

According to Kpopstarz, it remains unconfirmed who James' date for the "Insurgent" premiere yet, and if it's not his partner in the sequel to "Divergent," Shailene Woodley, it could be his real life girlfriend, Kearney. Should the two decide to go together for the premiere, it will be the first time that they will be seen publicly.

Not even the paparazzi have had any luck capturing James and Kearney's moments together, adds KpopStarz.   

Though James seems committed to his long-time relationship, it seems that the actor has not been missing out on some parties, too. This isn't to say that he has been flirting behind Kearney's back, however. Kpopstarz says that Kearney only partied with his guy friends and sipped cocktails instead of "going crazy wild."

There had been rumors earlier in September that James had broken up with Kearney, but it has not been confirmed. According to Breathe Cast, around the same time, another "Divergent" actor has allegedly broken up with their significant other. Ansel Elgort and girlfriend Violetta Komyshan supposedly called it quits due to Elgort's filming commitments.

As for James' partner in "Insurgent," Woodley is rumored to be dating actor Ellen Page. The "Divergent" star is also currently busy promoting her movie, "White Bird in a Blizzard." According to Classicalite, Woodley's role in the film is a "daughter of a highly sexualized Eva Greene of 'Sin City'." The film will feature Woodley in naked sex scenes with actors Shiloh Fernandez and Thomas Jane.
