With the recent release from Apple with their iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, it seems that news have circulated that Samsung will soon be releasing a much better contender to these current mobile phones in the form of the Samsung S6.

According to Christian Today, the new gadget will be unveiled in early 2015 and is said to battle with the new iPhone releases, especially when it comes to new features and advanced technology.

Reports have also noted that Samsung has been suffering from relatively low sales in comparison to its rival Apple which has led them to most likely release these new units earlier than expected. The famed Korean technology giant is expected to release very impressive features with the coming of the Samsung S6 in the market and get the chance to win back their title as the best Android phone.

News from Ecumenical mentions that Samsung may be looking into the idea of finding a "mini" version of their latest gadget the Galaxy Note 4, as it will surely be the best weapon to battle with the current Apple iPhone models.

KPopstarz reported that in an interview during the Mobile World Congress, Senior Vice President or Android, Chrome, and Google Apps, Sundar Pichai, said that the Samsung 6 is in the works, but confirmed that it will still run on the current Android OS.

In addition, KPopStarz said that the possible specs of the Samsung S6 include a sturdier body that looks more advance and will be sporting a much larger screen and be made from aluminum. Also information has been revealed that the upcoming Samsung S6 may already be featuring a 20-megapixel camera plus new phone sensors that have yet to be disclosed but would probably be similar to the S5's finger print scanner.
