The Real Housewives of New York City, an American reality television series on Bravo, released the most explosive moment of the series in the latest episode aired on July 22, 2014.

The reality program showed Aviva Drescher removing her prosthetic leg off and slamming it on the table during her first interaction with the rest of the ladies in the Real Housewives of New York City. The leg was shown on the teasers for several weeks in Bravo.

Based on Bustle report, Aviva Drescher rips her prosthetic leg off and hurls it in the midst of a fight with some of the ladies while they are eating dinner at famed NYC eatery, Le Cirque.

According to NYPOST.com, after throwing the prosthetic leg, she shouted, "What do you want from me? To crawl out of here?"

As per The Daily Beast report Drescher claimed that it was the only fake thing about her, and then ended up on the floor, shrieks of disbelief and open mouths were all around her.

"On the night of the sixth season finale of the Bravo reality show, fans and regular viewers were cautious. But the prosthetic leg toss was genuinely mad, bonkers indeed," reports The Daily Beast.

The Real Housewives of New York City series originally focused on LuAnn de Lesseps, Bethenny Frankel, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer, and Jill Zarin. Kelly Killoren Bensimon joined the program beginning in the second season, while Sonja Morgan was introduced in the third season. Frankel left the program after the third season, and was replaced by Cindy Barshop during the fourth season. Barshop, Bensimon, McCord, and Zarin departed the series at the conclusion of the fourth season; Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill, and Heather Thomson joined the series in their absences during the fifth season. In the sixth season, de Lesseps transitioned into supporting capacity; her original position was filled by Kristen Taekman.
