Apple's releases have always been much anticipated. Even before the release of its major products, Apple has remained busy for the past few weeks. The company decided to release an 8GB version of its iPhone 5c throughout different parts of the globe aiming for better market penetration. In the same way, the company has also been faced with new competition through Microsoft's Surface Pro 3, iMessage bugs and Apple Store trade-in concerns. As the 2014 Worldwide Developers Conference approaches, what can people expect from the much anticipated key note? 

The Apple period will soon start. The company usually jump starts its series of major releases with the WWDC. According to previous reports, Apple plans on highlighting two major products during the event: the iOS 8 and the OS X Mavericks 10.10. Apple's big even is only a few days away and the tech industry has been waiting for what the company will divulge during the two-hour keynote speech. Analysts have pointed out the range of products Apple has been associated with for the past few months. The list of "to-be-announced" products and services is also enough to gain as much interest. 

Forbes reported that many analysts and industry observers believe that Apple has "something big" to announce during the event. Whereas changes and details about the OS X Mavericks and iOS 8 are to be expected, they should also serve as good foundations for what people can expect from Apple's hardware cycles and upcoming releases. The upcoming iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6 will be based on the iOS 8. Forbes also predicted that users may get treated to a few changes and more information about the company's iPad and iPhone series including the fix for the iMessage bugs. Apple previously acknowledged the problem its iMessage system. 

Apple has also been reportedly working on creating its platforms friendlier to third-party developers. Recently, Beats Audio has been in talks with Apple leading many analysts to believe Apple wants to redefine its audio experience. More of this should also come up in the WWDC event.
