Today, Booz & Company has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers and the 157 networks of the company. The move was officially declared after completing all regulatory approvals for the purchase of PwC of the company. The completed deal would change the name of Booz & Company to Strategy&.

According to PricewaterhouseCoopers International Chairman Dennis Nally, “Today signifies an important step for PwC, our clients and stakeholders.” Nally also said that the collaboration of the two firms would be fit in helping companies succeed in building global empowerment. He added, “[both companies] will see PwC lead the way in changing the landscape of the global consulting business”.

Cesare Mainardi, CEO of Strategy& said he was enthusiastic about the development of the collaboration of the two firms. He added, “We have the footprint, the scale, the resources, and the proven capabilities to help global enterprises every step of the way from strategy to outcomes. It’s an exciting prospect.”
