US wine app Hello Vino merges with Corkbin
Wine app Hello Vino has bought photo-sharing app Corkbin to improve its customers' wine shopping experience, according to The Drinks Business. The financial terms of the acquisition deal were not disclosed in the said report.
Hello Vino Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rick Breslin said of the deal: "The acquisition of Corkbin allows Hello Vino to enhance the entire wine shopping experience.
