Bawte, a new app for iOS, wants to provide people a more convenient way of creating inventory and taking care of their stuff, according to TechCrunch.

The mobile app puts together a catalog that automatically sends the user reminders about the expiry date of warranties. Bawte's most unique feature is a free in-app customer support service that helps users process broken items, the report detailed.

Unlike other apps that also helps people inventory and track warranties, Bawte has a live service team that users can get in touch with if they encounter problems with a certain belonging. This feature can be very useful for those who easily get tired of being on hold in the middle of a customer service call, the report explained.

The said app can also be used to inventory virtually anything that a person owns, like books, food, and most especially electronics and expensive appliances. Users simply have to scan or type in the UPC code of the product and Bawte will automatically input information and user manuals. It will also alert a person in the event of a product recall, TechCrunch reported.
