Inzopa launched a platform today that helps simplify the home financing process. The service matches homebuyers with appropriate agents, lenders, and brokers and provides tools for monitoring the whole process, according to VentureBeat.

The San Francisco-based service has an aggregated and authenticated list of real estate agents. Homebuyers submit require information such as employment status, location, being a first time buyer, and others. Using data from a number of sources, Inzopa's engine will find a match between the two groups, the report explained.

The service functions like a real estate matchmaker. It simplifies the process of finding an agent or broker. In addition, Inzopa also provides sales leads for these real estate professionals, the report stated.

Inzopa currently focuses on the market in San Francisco. It has already signed up more than 40 agents in the area. Consumers can avail of the service for free. The firm earns money through monthly subscription fees charged to real estate agents and mortgage brokers, VentureBeat reported.
