Marketing automation firm Salesfusion has bought social analytics company LoopFuse to help its clients find new leads. The acquisition price was not disclosed, according to TechCrunch.

The purchase comes just a couple of weeks after Salesfusion raised $8.25 millon in a Series B financing round. The new capital brought the firm's total raised funding to $10.1 million, the report detailed.

The addition of LoopFuse will help Salesfusion widen its customer base. It will also allow the marketing automation company to double its revenue and triple its customer growth this year, according to Chief Executive Officer Christian Nahas, the report said.

Both Atlanta-based firms are focused on medium-sized enterprises. However, they also lured in smaller companies and enterprise clients as well, said Nahas. The LoopFuse acquisitions will give customers access to Salesfusion's marketing automation service for the middle market and LoopFuse's social analytics tools. Therefore, Salesfusion's clients can expand beyond the customer-relationship management (CRM) tools and get access to new leads that have produced sales, TechCrunch reported.
