Private Equity Head Hunters, an executive search firm based in Dallas, has undertaken an upgrade of its executive platform. Established in 1998, the company is focused on finding jobs for executives and links investment seekers with private equity and strategic buyers by using its extensive network of 2,400 recruiters and connections with over 1,600 private equity and venture capital firms.

As the first firm to provide a completely automated and transparent system, the company said its prospective clients would be able to request a demo of the new platform. Customers will be able to try the candidate-side of the process by logging in to the system, the statement said.

The request form is available at the top right corner of the website of Private Equity Head Hunter. By clicking on the link and providing contact information, clients will be able to get access for up to 24 hours. A short video presentation will greet visitors as soon as they have logged in to site before they will get redirected to the new platform.

According to Private Equity Head Hunters, the new system is just one of the many changes that are being applied by Jaree Zafar, the company's CTO to enable the firm to give its clients a system that is transparent and productive. The new systems will enable recruiters and executives to save time in the search process, the statement said.
