ReadyPulse, the Brand Advocacy Platform that helps marketers leverage their social advocacy to drive revenues, today announced its initial round of funding, and named Dennis O’Malley as CEO. ReadyPulse’s lead investor is Moxie Software. ReadyPulse’s operations will be located within Moxie’s Bellevue office.

“Brands struggle to identify, nurture, and convert advocates and connect them to the buying process,” said Dennis O’Malley, ReadyPulse CEO. “Moxie understands the challenges enterprises face in getting closer to their customers. Their support has been invaluable in the development of our comprehensive brand advocacy platform, and Moxie’s experience and advice will help drive our growth.”

As part of the agreement, Dennis O’Malley will be transitioning from his role leading Moxie’s Global Services and Insight division and will become CEO of ReadyPulse. Prior to ReadyPulse, O’Malley was VP Sales for Gartner (NYSE:IT), managing the West Coast Region and built their Emerging Technology, VC/Private Equity and Semiconductor practices. O’Malley will lead ReadyPulse with the support of co-founders Srinivas Penumaka (Microsoft), T Vinod Gupta (Amazon) and Mihir Vaidya (Microsoft), who jointly developed the brand advocacy platform. With strong roots in customer relationship management (CRM), social technologies, and scalable systems, ReadyPulse’s co-founders are experts in developing technologies that help marketers drive revenues.

ReadyPulse recently launched its Brand Advocate Builder based on their patent pending behavior analysis platform. The Builder has robust capabilities for brand marketers to identify their advocates, recognize and reward them, understand what content increases engagement and how the brand is performing versus their competition. The platform is aimed at marketers to help them optimize the time spent on social media marketing, building deeper relationships with the most influential proponents of a brand to drive better business results.

"Using ReadyPulse's unique technology, LaJolla has a whole new view into our brands and competitors," said Ryan Cropley, Director of Digital Marketing, LaJolla Group. "Through ReadyPulse, we have been able to quickly adjust our social strategy, optimize spending, and empower the content team with actionable data to help us outperform competitors and convert fans to customers and advocates."
