The Bradford Mall has been bought by MBC Development from Brixmor Property Group Inc. The new owners are in the process of renovating the property and bringing in new tenants. This was according to a report published by The Bradford Era.

MBC partner Jim Miller Sr said they are currently considering three or four potential tenants for the mall. Pat Higgins, the firm's director of development, said they will be doing general maintenance and revitalization after assessing the space, the report said.

Higgins said, "We are interested in doing some work and getting it into better shape to generate some interest there. We see it as having a lot of potential."

Miller and Higgins both said MBC is open to any tenant variety, including retail and office firms, the report added.

The Bradford Mall is located in one of the busiest parts of Tuna Valley in Foster Township, Pennsylvania. The commercial structure has stood for over 50 years and has been on sale for many years already, The Bradford Era reported.
