BBX Capital acquires Florida's chocolate maker Hoffman's

BBX Capital Corporation has acquired Florida-based chocolate maker Hoffman's Chocolates including its subsidiaries Good Fortune and Boca Bons. The financial terms of the said transaction were undisclosed, according to Marketwired.

Hoffman's Chocolates is a gourmet chocolate manufacturer based in Lake Worth, Florida. The company has several retail outlets across South Florida. Founded in 1975, Hoffman's has been a favorite local brand among Palm Beach County and Florida residents. The firm has a product portfolio of over 70 confection varieties, the report stated.

The Hoffman's Chocolate Factory in Lake Worth, Florida, is a famous tourist attraction. Guests from all different countries flock to watch the process of candy making at the factory's observation windows, the report added.
