Crowdit names three new members for its Board of Advisors

The first firm to interact business networking and support services in to the crowdfunding experience, Crowdit, announced the appointments of three new members of its Board of Advisors. These appointees are crowdfunding guru Dr. Richard Swart, Polsinelli PC's Geoffrey Fasel and Missouri State University;'s Department of Research and Economic Development Allen Kunkel.

The three would be joining current members of the board Baron VC's Guy and Colby Mace.

In a statement, Dr. Swart said, "I am excited to support Crowdit's vision and be part of its growing success. Crowdit had an innovative approach of merging membership into the process, it is a unique and potentially disruptive model and I believe it has great potential to radically change the business models for crowdfunding platforms."

For its part, Crowdit CEO Jason Graf said, "We are thrilled to have each of these esteemed business professionals join Crowdit's Board of Advisors. We plan to leverage their wealth of knowledge and experience to have an even greater positive impace on the crowdfunding industry. We are building a great team that has a shared goal of helping others achieve their dreams."
