Sam Bronfman, formerly of Diageo and Seagram's together with Peter Kaufman and Henry Owlsey have joined forces to establish BCM Wineworks. The objective of BCM Wineworks is to provide marketing and sales expertise to three of Bacchus Capital's ultrapremium portfolio wine refineries. 

Bacchus Capital would be representing Bronfman in the partnership and the wineries it would represent are Sbragia Family Vineyards, Delille Cellars and Madrigal Family Wineries. In the organizational structure, Bronfman would serve as Chairman of BCM Wineworks.

Bacchus Capital has a portfolio of renowned wineries, amongst them is Andretti Winery, the Mario Andretti founded vineyard located at Napa; Washington state winery co-founded by Chris Upchurch; the Madrigal Family Winery located off Highway 29 in Napa Valley, CA; Maritime Wine Trading Collective, a boutique wine importation, production and distribution company; Panther Creek Cellars, Ken Wright's established winery in Oregon among others.

Bacchus had previously assisted in the financing activities of Cameron Hughes Wine as well as Qupe.
