Solis Capital Partners takes equity stake in Horizon Communications

Solis Capital Partners said it had invested in Horizon Communications. No financial details were provided on the equity investment obtained by the lower middle-market private equity firm.

Horizon provides telecommunications and electrical infrastructure and related services. These include Wi-Fi, riser management, DAS solutions and structured cabling services. Its roster of clients includes data centers, telecommunications carriers and real estate owners all over the US. Some of Horizon Communications wireless infrastructure installations can be found in AT&T Park, the Honda Center and HP Pavilion.

Solis Capital Partners Managing Director Daniel Lubeck said he was very excited to work with Horizon.
