One of the fastest growing national providers of personal lines insurance, Confie Seguros, announced today its acquisition of two insurance brokerages, namely DeFranco Insurance Agency Inc of Niagara Falls, NY and Insurance Group of American Inc dba City Insurance of Palm Springs FL.

The acquisition of the two insurance agencies is part of Confie Seguro's overall strategy to build outside of the states of New York and Florida to enhance its position as one of the leading national insurance brokers in the country. In the past twelve months, the firm had completed 23 acquisitions in the industry.
