High Road Capital Partners recently announced that one of its portfolio firms, the Crown Group, had completed the acquisition of Electra-Finish Inc. This company is a leading provider of high-quality plastic coating services and solutions for automotive, industrial and agricultural industries. 

Electra-Finish is based out of Asheboro, NC with a second facility at Spartanburg, SC. This acquisition represents the first purchase The Crown Group completed under the ownership of High Road.

According to High Road Capital partner William Connell, "The acquisition of Electra-Finish expands the Crown Group's product offerings to include high-end plastic coating solutions.
