San Francisco-based startup IfOnly gathered USD 12 million in capital commitments from various investors. New Enterprise Associates led the round. Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund also participated in the round. The Advance/Newhouse unit of Conde Nast also supported the startup. Angel investors also participated in the round. These include Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer, SalesForce Founder and CEO Marc Benioff, Zynga Co-Founder Mark Pincus and investor Yuri Milner.

Established last year, IfOnly allows individuals to get high-end experiences with various luminaries in the sports, music, food and entertainment fields. Founder Trevor Traina enables people to buy private dinners of famous celebrity chefs, watch sporting events with athletes or purchase customized Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

IfOnly would also give at least 10% of the fee it would collect from customers to a non-profit organization chosen by the celebrity host. According to the startup, its list of talents include Andre Agassi, Kobe Bryant, Joe Montana, Madonna, Richard Branson and Shakira.
