Cotton Creek Capital acquires Royal Baths

Private equity firm Cotton Creek Capital Management purchased Texas-based Royal Baths Manufacturing Company. The acquisition was made by Cotton Creek Capital Partners II. No financial terms were disclosed about the deal.

Royal Baths develops, makes and markets bathroom products like whirlpool bathtubs, shower walls and bases and vanity tops. It has manufacturing operations in Houston and Dallas/Forth Worth. Its other facilities are located in Austin, San Antonio and Orlando, Florida. Royal Baths was established in 1969.

Cotton Creek Managing Director Antonio J. DiGesualdo said Royal had established its leadership position in serving the homebuilders of the US for more than forty years. "Through service and quality, Royal has become the product of choice within the Texas and Florida residential construction markets. We are excited to partner with the management team at Royal to provide resources in support of continued growth," he added.

This is the second investment of Cotton Creek's second fund. Cotton Creek Capital backs companies that have enterprise values in the range of USD 15 million to USD 200 million.
