New York Times reporter Nick Bilton wrote in his latest book that Twitter Inc Chairman Jack Dorsey got co-founder Noah Glass ousted from the microblogging service company in 2006.

Bilton's book, "Hatching Twitter: A True Story of Money, Power, Friendship, and Betrayal," would be released on November. The book reportedly provide details on how Dorsey forced co-founder Evan Williams to let Glass go. The book also claimed that Glass came up with the name of the company. After Glass' departure, Twitter became bigger with Dorsay as chief executive.

Glass apparently had no hard feelings, as he posted a good luck message on his Twitter account. "I wish the twitter team the best of luck and trust that they will be successful in continuing to develop this important communication tool," Glass' tweet read.

Twitter's public listing reportedly on November 15 could raise up to USD20 billion or more for Twitter, according to an earlier Bloomberg report.
