Tryzens CEO announced acquisition of Tryzens Ltd from its original owners

Tryzens CEO Terry Hunter together with his senior executive team had just completed the acquisition of Tryzens Ltd from parent firm Jaywing Plc. The said acquisition was financially backed by UK venture capital firm Scottish Equity Partners.

Tryzens is one of the leading European digital retail solutions providers. The company lead the e-commerce industry through innovative technological products utilizing digital design, strategy, development, integration and delivery. The company provides technical assistance for sales and customer experience enhancement to ensure site performance to remain ahead of the competition through ground-breaking solutions in the fast paced multichannel platform environment.

According CEO Hunter, "This is a fantastic opportunity to really focus on the core business of Tryzens and to expand across Europe and internationally. We are delighted to have the support of SEP and look forward to taking the company to the next stage."

Former SEP partner Andrew Davison would join the company's board of directors. He added, "Tryzens is a leading UK digital solutions provider.
