Barclays Plc is the second biggest bank by assets in Britain. The financial lender said that Barclays' wealth management division head for UK and Europe, Emmanuel Fievet had left the company and would be replaced by Henry Fischel-Bock.

After leading the Barclays wealth management division for five years, Fievet decided to leave the firm according to a company memo seen by Bloomberg News. This exit of the Barclays executive was also confirmed by the company. Meanwhile, Fischel-Bock had 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry. He joined Barclays in 2010 from the Miami based client advisory firm, International Planning Group.

According to the same internal memo from Barclays, David Semaya would retire from his post after leading the banks' business in the UK and Ireleand.

Fievet's exit followed Stefanie Drews' departure from Barclays' ultra wealthy clients and family offices in London. Drews' exit was reported yesterday. The company's head of Swiss unit, Patrick Ramsey, also quit his post last July.
