Basketball superstar LeBron James married his longtime sweetheart in San Diego last Saturday. LeBron's girlfriend Savannah Brinson was not often seen public only after their engagement was announced January of last year.

The 28 year old multimillionaire basketball MVP and his new wife celebrated marriage in a ceremony at the Grand Del Mar Hotel. This was after three months of having won two straight NBA titles with the Miami Heat.

The ceremony was said to be conducted in the Capella Chapel of the hotel at around 4:30 p.m. The wedding celebrations was also said to last for three days, according to a Dailymail.co report.

Numerous personalities attended the couple's wedding including Jame's teammate Dwayne Wade. Beyoncé and Jay-Z were also present on Friday. The festivities had been expected to last until a farewell brunch on Sunday, said the report.

LeBron James had an estimated net worth of USD110 million. His salary is at USD16 million per year excluding endorsements. James brings in a total of USD45 million annually from his salary and endorsements.
