Golden Equity Investments operates as a private equity fund seeking to invest in growing companies across the industrial and consumer industries. The company announced its acquisition of Innovative Medical Device Solutions (IMDS). The latter is a leading innovation company that manufactures medical implants instruments for the orthopedic market.

Jonathan Coors, new CEO of IMDS said, "We are very excited to have IMDS and its talented employees join the team. IMDS would become a part a newly formed affiliate firm, CoorsTek Medical LLC.
