Bregal Partners had announced the acquisition of US Community Behavioral LLC. The private investment firm would be utilizing the latter as a platform for the community based health sector focused on behavior. 

The buyout was conducted together with the management team of US Community Behavioral itself. With the purchase, the leading provider of community based behavioural services for adults and juveniles would expand its capacities in providing services for those with intellectual and/or developmental issues located in the western area of the United States.

According to Bregal Partners co-founder and Managing Partner Robert Bergmann, :"US Community Behavioral will serve as a platform investment in what has been a targeted area of  focus for us.
