The management team of Physicians Endoscopy with Pamlico Capital announced the completon of an equity investment in Physicians Endoscopy LLC. Established in 1998, Physicians Endoscopy is a leading manager and provider of freestanding endoscopic Ambulatory Surgery Centers. This is done in partnership with hospitals and their practicing physicians. 

Under the deal, CEO Barry Tanner with his management team would retain ownership of Physicians Endoscopy and will continue to manage the growth of the Company together with Pamlico. The detailed terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
