Private equity firm Insight Equity Holdings, which is based out of Southlake, TX, announced Thursday that it had added five new members to its managment team.  Two were named vice presidents while three others were named as associates to the firm.

Will Dobbs and Jack Nadal have been appointed as Vice Presidents. Before joining Insight, Will worked as an Associate at Quad-C Management, a private equity firm focused on the middle market handling a portfolio worth USD2 billion. On the other hand, Jack Nadal worked as an Associate with Oak Hill Capital Partners, another private equity firm managing USD8 billion in portfolio funds. Jack would report to Insight's New York office while Will would be at the Texas office.

One of the associates to join the firm is Tom Friel, who previously was engaged as an analyst with Macquarie Capital, specifically for the Restructuring and Special Situations Group. Michael Oglivie also joins the firm as a new associate from his previous job as an analyst with Quad-C Management. The third associate is Robby Myers, who previously held the position of analyst with Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group.

According to Insight Equity Holdings CEO and Managing Partners Ted Beneski, "We are excited to welcome Will, Jack, Tom, Michael and Robby to the Insight Equity team. We look forward to working with them and believe their skills and expertise will bring strong additional capacity to deal sourcing, structuring and portfolio company value creation."
