Private equity firm Resilience Capital Partners announced its purchase of CableNet Services Unlimited. No financial details were disclosed but the acquisition was done by CableNet Communications, a new company formed by Resilience Capital. "Our firm is committed to building out this business and investing capital in support of the Aero Communications' team and this platform," he added.

Aero Communications provides technology solutions to public venues, government facilities, broadband and wireless providers and residential subscribers. CableNet Services Unlimited, meanwhile, is engaged in the business of giving cable fulfillment services to customers in the Freedom Region of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Aero Communications Chief Executive Officer Greg McCray said that the new acquisition gives them the talent, technician and a shared philosophy of providing the best to their customers. "This partnership with CableNet matches Aero Communications' strategy of growing our national footprint for our customers while providing them the additional service and support capabilities for their networks and end-customers," he said.
