RingCentral files for IPO

A leading provider of cloud business communications to the market announced the filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC. RingCentral Inc had filed for an application for an IPO of their common shares of stock. There was no determination as to the price range of the proposed offer.

Joint book runners for the IPO are Goldman Sachs & Co., BofA Merill Lynch and JP Morgan Securities LLC. Co managers for the IPO are Allen & Company LLC and Raymond James.

The public offer would be done through a prospectus that canbe obtained from Goldman, Sachs & Co. The registration statement is still pending with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and only upon effectivity of the registration statement can the shares be sold.

RingCentral is based out of San Mateo, California. The cloud solution platform for RingCentral would meet the needs of modern distributed and mobile users, doing away with the investment on hardware installed in the user's premises,
