Bracket announced via Press Release that it is no longer under the wing of Express Scripts Holding Company.  Since it was acquired by Parthenon Capital Partners, Bracket will now have autonomy, flexibility and resources to further engage in its growth strategy in healthcare.

With more than ten years of experience, Bracket had consistently provided specialty services, assisted pharmaceutical companies and helped achieved certainty in trial outcomes through a wide range of solutions in eClinical and Scientific Services - special emphasis on over 1,000 successful trials in various therapeutic areas and on the central nervous system.

Given Parthenon's knowledge in investments and its appreciation of technological advances in medicine, Bracket through its President, Catherine Spear expressed excitement and optimism with the partnership.

"We are excited to partner with Parthenon given their extensive investment experience in healthcare and deep understanding of technology's power to advance medicine. They have a long track record of partnering with growth oriented healthcare companies like Bracket and we welcome their support as we look to grow Bracket globally through continued investment in innovative technology and cutting-edge science."

Executives from Parthenon shared the same enthusiasm and zeal expressed by Bracket.
Bradley Sloan, Parthenon principal further stated, "We believe life sciences companies will continue to increase their utilization of technology enabled solutions designed to optimize trial efficiency and ensure data integrity. Bracket is well positioned to further its market leadership in these areas and help increase precision in clinical trials for years to come."

It was also announced that Ian Lennox will join the Bracket board of directors as Executive Chairman.

Bracket used to be owned and managed by Express Scripts Inc., who acquired the company from Medco Health Solutions in 2010.
