Dundee Corp Chief Executive Officer Ned Goodman named his son Jonathan Goodman as the company's new Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. Jonathan was also called to lead Dundee Capital Markets Inc as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Dundee Capital Markets is a subsidiary of Dundee Corp.

Jonathan Goodman's experience in the investment and resource markets span twenty-five years. He worked as a geologist, senior analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive. He was the Executive Chairman and Director and later, the President and CEO of Dundee Precious Metals Inc. Dundee Corp had a 25% stake in the industrials firm. He also founded the investment company, Goepel Shields and Partners. He holds a degree in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He got his MBA from the University of Toronto.
