NQ Mobile Inc, an anti-virus and anti-malware corporation, has two international headquarters and two chief executive officers, according to an August 12 business report by Bloomberg. NQ said it would be able to recruit technology talents from the US if it would distance itself from its Chinese roots.

Henry Lin in Beijing, China and Omar Khan in Dallas, USA are the two CEOs of NQ. The corporation's 400 workers are in Beijing and around 60% of its income is generated from China. However, the setup currently works for NQ since it allows the company to gain more carrier and retailer partners outside China.

NQ would try to attract tech talents in the US through its office located amidst low-rise establishments, sophisticated restaurants and a bike trail. The workplace of the smartphone security specialist highlights a game room, huge televisions tuned to ESPN and verandas with deck furnitures for al fresco assemblies.

"Maybe I could do it just by myself, but it would take a long time for me to build relationships, to find talented people one by one," Lin said. "It's a time issue, and the mobile Internet moves so quickly."

According to analysts' average estimate compiled by Bloomberg, NQ's international sales would grow to US$182 million this year and US$247 million in 2014. Last year, NQ reported global sales of US$92 million.
