TA Associates today announced it had carried out an investment in Flashtalking. Flashtalking is a high-potential, international advertising technology enterprise. TA Associates is an international growth private equity company. The firm operates from its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. The financial details of the investment, however, were not revealed.

Flashtalking developed a software program for intelligent advertisement serving. Flashtalking helps its clients in mostly online advertising campaigns. The company's solutions aid in the design and delivery of extensive post-delivery reporting and analytics. Clients are able to execute and track their ad campaigns through their efficient self-service program.

J. Morgan Seigler from TA Associates LLP will be joining Flashtalking's board of directors.
