Ronin Solutions was bought by PureCars for an undisclosed amount. The latter, which offers products and services to help automotive dealers improve their business, was featured in the June 2013 edition of Digital Dealer. It raised a USD 5 million equity capital earlier this year for the expansion of its four core products. Their Value Report, Trade-In Report, SmartComments, and SmartAdvertising products are designed to help the usage and success rate of the growing number of car dealers and customers who have come to rely on them for information about their vehicle purchases.

The acquisition of Ronin Soluitions, a digital marketing company specifically focusing on automotive dealerships, will enhance their newly-launched PureCars SmartAdvertising program. The combined solutions will not only lower the cost of a dealer's digital marketing efforts, it will also give their consumers improved online experience.

Ronin Solutions Co-founder Josh Philips explained why their automated solution works. "SmartAdvertising combines highly relevant and engaging ads with incredibly bold and dynamically created landing pages that both prevents consumer click fatigue and improves lead generation," he said.
