Three more execs leave deteriorating Zynga

According to sources familiar with the company's internal structure, Zynga lost three top executives since the month started. These exits continued the series of company managers leaving the falling games developer.

The executives who left the company included Nathan Etter, Zynga's vice president for games, Jesse Janosov, Zynga's casino department vice president, and John Osvald, the company's senior vice president of games. This information was provided by people familiar with the matter. The sources remained anonymous due to the private nature of the exits.

According to his profile in social networking site for professionals LinkedIn, Etter accepted an offer by The Walt Disney Company's interactive division.

Zynga initiated its initial public offering in December 2011, which marked the start of the series of exits by managers according to analysts. Recently, the company's top gun Mark Pincus left the company and was replaced by Microsoft Corporation's Don Mattrick,

The company has been suffering from its drastic market share decline. The demand for the company's products decreased by almost 70%. Because of this, Zynga's equity-based compensation value dropped tremendously.
