Elon Musk Reacts After Tesla Cybertruck Crashes Into Beverly Hills Hotel Sign

Elon Musk has reacted after a Tesla Cybertruck crashed into the sign of the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles on Sunday. The crash captured the attention of onlookers and raised questions about the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Video Shows Tesla Cybertruck Crashing to a Hotel Sign

Video of the crash shows the Tesla Cybertruck breaching the barrier leading up to the hotel sign before crashing into the pole beneath it.

According to USA Today, the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Sunset Blvd. at around 11:46 p.m.

The police department told the outlet that it was still determining what caused the crash, whether the Cybertruck victims sustained injuries, and assessing the scene for property damage.

Elon Musk Reacts to the Tesla Cybertruck Crash Incident

In response to the incident, Elon Musk quipped on his social media platform X that a valet member might be responsible. The Tesla CEO wrote: "Cyberbeast is faster than a Porsche 911, but looks like a truck, so perhaps the valet wasn't expecting so much acceleration."

However, Beverly Hills Hotel Director of Communications Brittany Williams told USA Today that the accusations made on X about an employee's involvement were false.

"There was not an employee involved," Williams noted.
