Today, EMCOR Group Inc announced completing its acquisition deal of RepconStrickland. The deal was priced at around USD455 million in cash which was announced previously. RepconStrickland is headquartered in La Porte and Corpus Christi, Texas. The company has been operating in the industry for over 36 years. It is one of the country's preeminent record holders in the industrial and refinery service. RepconStrickland also has an excellent track record in safety and high project execution. It is also known to deliver turnarounds for critical process units.

According to a comment from President and CEO of EMCOR Group, Tony Guzzi, said that the firm is pleased to successfully complete the acquisition deal over RepconStrickland. He also added that the strong managerial teams at RepconStrickland would deliver growth to the company and increase earnings for its goals this year and beyond.
