According to information obtained exclusively, ahead of a press release hitting the wire later today, publicly traded multi-state cannabis brand Orchid Ventures, Inc. (CSE: ORCD) (OTC:ORVRF) is acquiring certain assets of GreenBloom Cannabis Co., a vertically-integrated multi-state-operator in cannabis.
