With Black Friday approaching faster than a speeding locomotive, it's time to look forward to the deals that will be offered that weekend on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo 3DS.

With the PlayStation 4 Pro and Microsoft's Project Scorpio which is due next year, that normal 5-year lifespan has been thrown out of whack. As these two systems are just incremental upgrades, many/most of you will be fine with the standard PS4 and Xbox One, especially if you haven't upgraded to 4K television.

Here are some deals for you this coming Black Friday.

PlayStation 4-Best Buy, Walmart, Target, GameStop, Toys R Us and even Kohl's will have the 500 GB bundle of the new smaller PS4 Slim and "Uncharted 4" for $249.99. Walmart will toss in a $30 gift card. Kohl's will include $75 in Kohl's Cash. Costco doesn't list a specific price in its Black Friday ad, but it does say it will be knocking $50 off the normal price of its 500GB "Uncharted 4" bundle, which should mean it's $250 as well. Walmart will have the PS4 Dual Shock 4 controller in a variety of colors for $39. Best Buy will have all its Dual Shock 4 controllers for $39.99. GameStop will have Dual Shock 4 controllers for $44.99. Meijer will have the Dual Shock 4 from $39.99 to $49.99 on Thanksgiving only.

Xbox One-- most retailers are focusing on two: a white Xbox One S with a 500GB hard drive with either "Battlefield 1" or "Minecraft Favorites" for $249.99. Target will be offering the "Battlefield 1" bundle with a $40 gift card. Walmart, GameStop and Best Buy will have the Minecraft bundle for $249.99. Kohl's will include $75 in Kohl's Cash with its "Minecraft" bundle.

Nintendo-Big push this holiday is the new 3DS, with faceplates featuring characters from the Mushroom Kingdom for $99.99. It is in the ads of Best Buy, Target, GameStop, Toys R Us and Walmart but should be available at all video game carrying retailers.
