On its July 23 episode, 'America's Got Talent' went back to Radio City Music Hall. The best performances were viewed as amazing acts were showcased on the show. The hit television series was able to have a great start with its initial live show off.

The top five performances came from Alexandria the Great, Hype, Kristef Brothers, Collins Key and Braden James. NBC's top rated series expected a more intense competition since viewers were allowed to vote through their phone, online or Twitter.

NBC Universal was worth US$32 billion. It pays Nick Cannon, 'America' Got Talent's' host, U$70,000 for every episode. The earnings in the show accounted for most of Cannon's US$20 million net worth. NBC was also reported to pay its four judges even more money.

'America's Got Talent' was a talent competition that was shown every week. In this show, an array of performers competes for US$1 million cash prize. Since the beginning of the show, its ratings already ranged from 9 million up to 16 million viewers. NBC decided to keep 'America's Got Talent' in the summer so that it could make up for 'So You Think You Can Dance's poor ratings in the fall.
